Application

This machine is suitable for pressing various kinds of granular materials into round tablet or different geometrical shape tablets,specially for samll-scale batch production.

The machine is fully closed, the surface of the inside rotary turret is made with stainless steel which can protect the surface, and prevent the cross contamination.
The protective cover is made with PMMA through which it’s convenient for the operator to observe how the machine works. All the doors on the cover can be opened, and it’s easy to clean and maintain.
Speed is controlled by frequency inverter. The operation is simple.
There is a screen through which the operator can observe the turret speed conveniently. When the pressure is over, the machine can be stopped automatically.
There is a pre-pressure roller which is used to extend the pressing time, so ensure the tablets’ quality.
The oil tank under the main device is fully closed, which prevent the cross contamination.
The force feeder is optional.
